Recce run views

Deju run, a repeat of last Saturdays long run with the add on to Coniston. The final leg of the Lakeland 50. The last 3.5 miles were brutal, but proud that A I did it and B didn’t get lost.
A beautiful day for it and ended up chatting to a runner, who had done the 100 version and was 82! He was just running from Coniston to Ambleside. What a legend.
