Wavering Hope

For the Record,
This day came in sunny with increasing clouds. The images on television leave us with little hope for a resolution to this terrifying human tragedy unfolding before our eyes. It must be impossible for the Ukrainians under siege to hold on to hope, but we must. When life and freedom hangs in the balance, a wavering hope is all one can cling to.
