What's going on down there?

I've just looked at this again, and I realise how strange the man's head looks, it's just a ball of light.  He was leaning over and catching the same sunlight that is illuminating the concrete above him. My editing software and skills cannot restore his head, so please just accept that his head is on fire, or he is some kind of alien.
