Our beach...Day 1.

After something like 12 hours in bed...waking up off and on, i felt sort of rested.   Opened the curtains to rain, wind and a rather chilly morning....talk about disappointed!

We waited till around 9.30 am then headed out in the rain for breakfast.

Thankfully the skies cleared by about 3pm and finally i got down to the beach.   Wow, what a fabulous beach.....a beautiful long stretch of golden sand and lots of cabanas!   This can often cause a lot of challenges, sometimes needing me to get down to the beach early (like 6.30am) to claim a spot...but yeah, not here.....so i walked down to near the end, it was quiet and spacious!

Had a lovely couple of hours reading and napping....a couple of dips in the ocean.  Still feeling rather weary.....but happy!
