Well, well, well

Not really a well but the evidence of a leaking mains water pipe I had to send to my insurance company. We have a couple of guys building some decking in the garden and I asked them to change a rotten gate post for a new one. Unfortunately they uncovered a leaky lead pipe and now we have no water until contractors come tomorrow to try and connect us back up.
