Office Bt fiber broadband nightmare finally sorted. We have Internet again!

I've never known such poor service, we placed the order in February. They cancelled the order twice with no notice or explanation. We reinstated the order three times, final time last Friday. They switched our service over on Monday but our hubs were not compatible despite them saying it would be fine. So no Internet. The hub order was apparently due on 6th April, as we complained and the fact that we are a children's charity, we got our hub today (though they told us it would be delivered yesterday). On a happier note - Our IT team were amazing hooking up the hubs and sorting all the clever stuff I don't really understand. Everything works and we have good connection speeds, yeh
