Kate caught in a cage

As the sun is out today we ventured up to the allotment. Kate braved going in the cage of snail infested netting to pick the slug infested purple sprouting broccoli. Washed and sorted, it made a delicious lunch with our roast chicken, followed by rhubarb sponge -and custard of course. Hope the sun is shining for you all too.
