Part II of my leisure centre induction today by the lovely Lucy at the gym. Swimming's my main interest, but it's another option.  I was pleased how well my weakened shoulder performed. Another step towards normality.

Military jets were on exercise the other night. Not come across night training before, so perhaps it's linked to the Ukraine situation.
