International Ironman

We were locked in our village today as it was on the cycle route for the Ironman. Of all the hundreds of photos I took, this one made the strongest impression - this father taking his disabled son on the cycle leg of this competition. It was a humbling moment.
We have had an air of "ultra fitness" here today..what is is to be so fit.......and to think a marathon run was still ahead!!!
