A bit of a puzzle!

I bought my wife this jigsaw. It came from America. A rather clever idea I think.
However, there is a piece missing!!!
I won’t repeat what my wife said. Bad language isn’t allowed on blip.
She even accused me of taking a bit away and I didn’t, although to be fair, I have played that trick in the past.
(I’ve been watching quite a lot of The Simpsons recently and I can’t help feeling that I do have elements of Homer in me)
We’ve searched the house from top to bottom, even emptying sealed hoover bags, but it’s not there!
