Shoebury Submarine Boom

I decided to head “around the corner” to Shoebury East Beach and the submarine boom as the sun now rises over the land all along the Southend seafront. It was a very cold morning to be wandering out on the mud but also good to be somewhere slightly different. In the end there was a bank of cloud on the east horizon which made the growing light very thin and mostly blue (this shot was taken well before sunrise)  but I had a great time anyway.
