Panic buying?

I don't know if it's because of the war but petrol prices have rocketed in Portugal. However in Spain they seem to have gone down - I actually paid 24c less per litre than the pump shows (so it was 41c cheaper per litre than in Portugal!). all 10 cars were from Portugal (and the first garage in Spain had run dry!)
