Leafing

Out walking with Crumpet. She’s not allowed off the lead as she just runs off to play in the woods, which would be ok but she then tries to take herself home via the roads. So, she gets very boring, and not energetic enough, walks. Plenty of smells but not zoomies.
My back is twinging, and my blood pressure is up, giving me a headache. I’m driving back to Shrewsbury today, so I’ll see how my back fares with that.
