Another day nearly devoid of photos, so it had to be a quick shot down the street , where it is still lightish after 8 pm.
Work was ok, but again nauseous, so I had a flask of ginger tea with me.
I saw Jean later, with shopping, and did more washing etc.
Back home , I did our washing. H and S cooked rice bowls for dinner. I cleared up, then was in bed.
