Meet Victor Meldrew ( avian version)

For any none British ,Victor Meldrew was  a character in a sitcom and his catch phrase = "I Don't Believe It  ! "  .He was an individual I actually sided with but his daft wife and others made him a laughing stock . Basically Victor didn't like litter thrown in his garden etc ( who would ?) It was the era of rot in UK  and soon  many were  thinking great we can make fun of others show no respect and it's ok . What I see on visits back there .The bird was looking at something unusual and had a Victor expression . He had to be my blip . Hard to  believe how low society has sunk at times.
