Unidentified moth

It has been sat on the outside of a window for a couple of days, I thought it was dead but it did move just before I took this.
It's very small, the wingspan is approximately 17mm.
 I had to electronically  remove quite a few dirty spots from the glass.
This is hand held as I was too lazy to set up the tripod. With my luck it would have flown just as I was about to snap it.
