Yarrowfort

After a very rough night, I wasn't up for any breakfast, but still didn't want to miss the walk. It was hard work to start with but the fresh air and exercise helped and I was able to eat an apple and keep it down. We did a figure of eight round Yarrowfort taking in the three Brethren and Newark Castle - about 25km - in great weather!
