Notes: Woke 3a hour again but went back to sleep until 7a - felt late and groggy but did morning job to the beach and around the neighborhood - love some of the places and their beachy colors! Made truffle eggs w/ salad and toast, watched the Sun morning show, relaxed. Joe called from the road (headed back to VA on impromptu trip for jobs) and we chatted for over an hour - always great to catch up with him! Baked a spaghetti squash late afternoon and tried a new recipe for chicken carbonara using it instead of noodles - came out quite good!
