Side effects (backblip)

I started my full dose of Techfidera on monday and was fine till yesterday (Saturday)
Was in my pj's till about 1pm then decided to take Nala for walk and that was a bad idea.

Came home had something to eat then was back in bed by 6pm. The side effects are horrendous, painful, nausea, sick, the side effects could last weeks or even months till I get used to them
