Has he read the "Working at Heights" guidelines?

The Links Market, a street fair that comes annually to Kirkcaldy, is setting up the rides prior to opening on Wednesday afternoon.

They have missed the last two years because of Covid and their main attraction is now this ride - the Star Flyer - a chair-o-plane ride.  At 260ft, it is supposedly the tallest mobile fairground ride in Europe.

My main blip, taken around 5pm, shows a lone mechanic checking the installation. A zoomed in shot of him is in the extras.

At 11:20 am a very tall crane was helping with the erection of the ride and the workers were perched precariously on the top.  That is also in 'extras' along with a zoom-in of them.

I get a good view of it from my bathroom window so I will probably blip it later in the week once it is in operation.

I got the info from Google but the local paper says 180 feet high so apparently there are several versions of this ride around and the one here is of lesser stature - but still very high.
