Seasonal dish in Kyoto, Japan. Rice with bambaoo shoot is an object of envy for
fresh bamboo lovers.

For me...nothing so special. To tel the truth, I prefer barbecued eel rice and Kobe beef to this.

Anyhow, I enjoyed delicious dinner with my friends in Kyoto for the first time in a long life. Happy Saturday!
