How lucky are we to be given these two crayfish, cooked, captured today from the waters of Rottnest Island.
Thanks to Ali’s clever husband for all the hard work and all we had to do was enjoy them. They were scrummy.

I was back at golf today - two and a half weeks since I’d hit a golf ball - I have a feeling I will be quite stiff tomorrow.
