World's Most Rubbish Pirate

Not sure what I did overnight on Saturday, but all day yesterday I had a horrible pinchy pain in my shoulder, and it didn't ease up at all. Today I have a hotty botty shoved down my dress and I've taken some ibuprofen, so fingers crossed!
