Rain Stopped Play

I’ve decided to grow plastic bottles this year. They don’t take much looking after and the crows should leave them alone so I’m hopeful of a good crop.
First sowing and planting of the year this morning; the chard was moved from another bed so that doesn’t count. Rocket, spinach, turnip, choy sum (a first attempt), lettuce and onion seedlings all in, then it was over to this year’s potato bed and managed to get two rows planted before the rain came on. I wasn’t too upset because some seldom used muscles were starting to object. The rest of the spuds can wait for better weather.
Just off a call with Aestus, Mrs Aestus and Lola. Lola was cavorting with a heilan’ coo, the devil that she is. We’re planning a trip, exciting stuff, haven’t done that in a while!
