Went out for a 4k walk/run this morning. It's the 3rd time I've been out since losing my toe nail & getting a lurgy cold.

There's only 5 weeks until Heroes Run in Brighton and I think it's looking more likely that I will only be able to achieve the 5k this year, but I'm aiming to do it well. Now what costume to wear??? Going to be part of a duo this year with CarolG1, any suggestions?
