Hare today

I saw this beauty on the way back from Strichen. He had a good look at me before running away into the distance.
A couple of weeks ago when I visited New Arc, the wildlife animal rescue centre, they were telling me that hares are one of the most difficult animals to deal with - they bite, they kick, they struggle, they make loud noises. More difficult than foxes or badgers.
Still, beautiful creatures with those wild eyes.
