Sea Mists At Old Harry

A much-needed walk and de-stress time with my Thursday friends today. And millionaire's shortbread and a cappuccino at Mark Bennett's. Sugar overload but oh, so delicious!

I visited Mum again in the hospital this afternoon and was pleased to see her looking brighter and a bit more chatty.
