Portrait of a Lady

Here we have a perfectly posed model, an expired damselfly that Mr S found on the windowsill. It's still hard to get the whole creature in focus, all those planes and big round eyes. So interesting to see it up close.

My sinuses are on fire. I don't know if it's this yo-yo weather or what, but I can't think past my nasal cavities. We're in for a good week of cold and damp and wind.
