Parterre Garden at Chatelherault Country Park

Have you visited Chatelherault Country Park, Hamilton?

If anything, like me, once you can convince the children to leave the adventure park next to the car park, there are over 500 acres to explore.

With nature trails and a visitor centre, gift shop and events and activities throughout the year, Chatelherault has something to offer for everyone.

We took just a short walk today over the Dukes Bridge and up by the ruins of Cadzow Castle, but I'll need to come back another time to go on a longer walk on one of the nature trails without the reluctant ones!
