Flank Steak

Grilled flank steak with radish shoot chimichuri, sautéed spinach, and lima beans. Wine: Mulderbosch Stellenbosch Cabernet Franc 2017.

I have not tried as much wine from South Africa as I would like, but it is not well represented in any of our usual wine buying haunts. We have enjoyed what we have found.
