American Coot

Well today was back to work, but at least it felt more spring like. The sun was out ans it was 13C when I went for my short walk after work.

Yesterday I saw this bird on the lake and was not sure what kind it was so I spend some time last night figuring it out, today I got closer to him today. The bird is an American Coot this bird, I thought was some type of duck however I guess it is not in the same family.
