Campaigning

On our way to meet friends for lunch at Howies on Waterloo Place we passed the familiar site of The Scottish Socialist Party campaigning on this prime spot at the end of Princes Street.  They've had a stand next to the Duke of Wellington statue for years (probably since they formed in 1999, he's been there since 1852).  They've extended their presence to the other side of the street too by attaching another seven flags to the railings - maybe they've upped the ante for the forth coming Council elections.   Post lunch they were all gone.
