Starling

Today I went down to the Borders to see JP. We had a short walk from Tweedbank to Abbotsford and back and later had cups of tea and biscuits (I have to confess that I ate several). The highlight was probably watching the iridescent starlings feeding and sitting on the hedge while we were having tea in the conservatory - it acted as a hide to some extent. This photo was taken through glass, so not the sharpest, but I still reckoned it was my best shot of the day.
