As usual when we spend the day with son J and M, it is their big ginger Tom cat who steals the limelight. He likes to be with us, but he had problems today as there were more of us to choose from as my sister and her husband are staying here too. We are having a lovely family party. It is really hot and we have been in the garden all day.
One of the attractions of being in the garden is watching the red kites that wheel about in the sky above us. They are so graceful. Generally there are four at a time. I failed to get a blip sadly.
