Charcuterie

Salamis (sopprasata, toscana, and genoa), cheeses (brie, Cypress Grove Lamb Chopper, and Roquefort), garlic stuffed olives, and crackers. Wine: Allegrini Amarone della Valpolicella Classico 1997.

These are always favorite dinners. The wine was extraordinary (the last of two bottles gotten for a steal an an auction).
