Easter Sunday Picnic

I always like to celebrate Easter Sunday with a picnic somewhere pretty . Jessica and family indulged me , though I’m sure it wasn’t a big deal as they are also a family who like to picnic. We spent a few hours in this big country park near Leyland which happens to have train tracks for miniature trains with not one but many miniature train engines. We rode out in style , you can imagine all the smiling faces of young and older plus those in between.
We managed a few jobs on the garden , I made a tasty ( hot) chickpea curry tea and then we rounded off the day with a late spurt of leafleting for the upcoming elections.
