I usually can't stand these fiery young Pieris leaves, but on a sunny Spring day like today they look suitably joyous.

Extra to prove that first Clematis alpina flowers are now opening. Will have to check last year's Blips to see how the dates compare.

Off to bed early as I have a very early start tomorrow.
