Picnic Tree

Went on a bit of the Customs Post walk, and had a picnic under this tree that Deb chose after inspecting it - not too many cow pats, and look at all the lavender and rock roses!

And then, following a nap, preparing a dinner for fifteen - Brazilians and a Peruvian colleague. Sam made curry with the leftover lamb from yesterday, Mike made sourdough flat bread, Deb roasted some of our pumpkin, and I made starters... no-one went hungry, even though we threw it all together from whatever bits we found.

Gratefuls:
- watching the turtles surfacing in the little lake
- everyone working together to put together the meal and clear up afterwards
- the liveliness of the folk who came, and the peacefulness now!
