Port de Goulee

On the way back from a food shopping trip this morning we drove back along the north side of the Gironde peninsula. This is the sleepy Port de Goulee. I have blipped this place before, and usually I seem to visit it when the weather is rather grey and cool like today. It has now started raining, yet the weather back home appears to be sunny :( 
The extra is a nearby vineyard which like me, is waiting to be bathed in sunshine. There is just a little new growth on the vines after having been cut back at the end of last season.
