Bärlauchbutter

More wild garlic butter in the making. Goes in the freezer again to last a little longer than the short wild garlic season.

A wild day at work, too (on this Monday hidden in an innocent Tuesday). The last one of my team now picked up the virus and the two others are on holidays. Good I decided last week to postpone my holidays from this week to next.
