Liverpool.

We headed to the Docks this morning to visit the Slavery Museum and the British Music Museum. The student boy met up with one of his housemates and had a tour of the city with her ( and the dog!)

We thought the slavery museum was really missing the links between the city of Liverpool and the slave trade, so a little disappointing.

The British music museum was really good- especially as it had a Scottish music exhibition too, including Midge Ure’s trench coat from the video Vienna and some classic Bay City Rollers tartan outfits.
