Change of use or perhaps just name as this has been a cafe (with different names and owners) as long as I can remember.

It’s been featured before in my blips …….. some of you might remember my entry of 17th December last year which included a cafe with a window stencil saying ‘Merry Christmas you filthy animals’. This was the cafe.
