‘Expectant Couple’

Exciting news! 

The pair of swans on Inverleith Pond - their names are Napoleon and Josephine  (or at least that’s what people in Friends of Inverleith Park tell me) - look like they’re are now expectant parents again!

The event appears to have been delayed this year by the work - finished last month -  on repairs to the boardwalks, which involved the draining of the pond. However, as the water rose again, they start building their nest.
