Paella

Paella with chicken, chorizo, and shrimp. Wine: Andrew Murray Enchanté 2020.

The paella (a simplified version) came out well. There was meant to be a salad, but I forgot to make it. The wine is an excellent Rhône-style white blend from Santa Barbara County.
