More Tulips in the fields

No camera with me today as I went up to the Invectus Games and didn't want to be sent away again; so no blip made today.

But yesterday I'd shot such a load from the tulipfields, I'll add this one from a flowerbed with the young ones who check the fields for 'the virus'. A Virus amongst the tulips?!
They told us that a tulip of different color or type than those in the flowerbed is called 'the virus' and must be eliminated. They check the flowerbeds for those different species from the main ones and cut out that flower and spray some from the poisenous liquid they hold in the bottle on the wounded stem; killing off that bulb in the soil what's producing another type of tulip, because these bulbs sold in the bags must deliver the tulips as stated on their package and not deliver another type than that, as we want apples to be apples and not pears.  The young workers in the field here come from Poland for this Seasonal work... of course they don't commuter on daily base.

April 21st and my Benjamin is having his 33 birthday... my goodness it's like he's born the other week ~ surely I went to see him after his working day's done.

Thank you all lots for your lovely reactions of astonishment upon yester Bright Colors! SOOC as usual it was and SOOC it is here today too.
