Earth Day

A Daffodil for Earth Day! And Flower Friday too! Not many of them left in the garden now and the Tulips are coming to a close too :( 

And the even bigger news today, I've just had my first shower in 2 weeks!! The bathroom and downstairs cloakroom are all done and we're already missing Chris and Darryl who did all the work! They even hoovered up after themselves so we're hoping they come back every week to do the same!  They left at lunchtime so the rest of the day has been spent reclaiming the dining room, lounge and spare room where all our stuff had  been scattered too! And that in turn inspired a bit of a declutter  so at least it's moving us in the right direction! 

We also nipped in to Southend first thing to take advantage of a Sparks offer at M&S for 20% off towels - perfect timing when we need new ones!  Now to collapse....
