Hairy shield bug (Dolycoris baccar)

Another back blip I'm afraid !! after my walk I fell asleep in my chair again!!
This was taken at out local reserve at Fiskerton fen, went looking for reed warblers, but must still be too early in the season .so got a couple of macro in  instead. Which does show the versatility of the 100-400 mm lens Aircraft then macro ! :-)
