A bit of a giggle

Had a couple of frustrating days, lost the talktalk TV connection and spent 4 hours online with the help chat trying to get it back only to lose the internet connection altogether! Took another hour and a half today - the engineer is coming tomorrow.
So, a wee relaxing read is in order :-)
