Beautiful, melancholic warm day. Moments of peace in the sun and bathing in sunlight. The sun raise always makes anything sparkle or radiate with energy, the heat flickering stimulus to the senses.

Renewed my Netflix subscription after about a 2 month hiatus. No surprises the company has lost a large amount of subscribers. The content isn’t particularly good. Although some the movies and some shows are good, it’s their original content that is really average or has no appeal to me. Perhaps Power of the Dog is one I have an interest in seeing. Dunno, I’m at the behest of the algorithm instead of having agency to browse the library. Disney Plus has a much better service. They treat the content like actual movies, you aren’t forced to skip the credits but have the option to. Netflix slams the next one on you.

Looks like market discipline has spoken as can be seen in their latest quarter results. Let me know if you have further insight into the current streaming consumption market.
