North Tyneside 10k race

Ran the North Tyneside 10k race today. The route takes in North Shields Fish Quay, Tynemouth Priory & Castle, and a long stretch of coastline before finishing at St Mary's Lighthouse in Whitley Bay. This snap was taken going down the steep hill onto the Fish Quay. Unfortunately, there is a killer, upwards steep hill at Tynemouth Priory to contend with.
